World's most powerful R35 GT-R

There have been many claims, most unsubstantiated, of people getting crazy horsepower figures from Nissan’s latest flagship. South Side Performance put forward their case with the help of a rather convincing video of their R35 GT-R on a dyno. Featuring an SSP Turbo and Exhaust upgrade and using Turbosmart’s Nissan Dual Port BOVs, the car laid down 645hp at all four wheels with just 21psi of boost, which, as far as we know, was a new World Record. Since then the car has had some more work done and has been dynoed at 712whp and 721 foot pounds of torque at 24 psi of boost.
